How it’s made

From resin pellet to loaded container.

Keeping extrusion, weaving, lamination, printing and sewing under one roof is what lets us hold fabric weight and seam strength to spec — and answer technical questions in hours, not weeks.

  1. Extrusion

    Virgin polypropylene resin is melted, cast into film and slit into high-tenacity tapes.

  2. Weaving

    Circular and flat looms weave tapes into tubular or flat fabric at the specified mesh and GSM.

  3. Coating & lamination

    PE coating, BOPP film or kraft paper is laminated on for moisture barrier and print.

  4. Printing

    Offset, flexo or gravure printing of your brand, product data and handling marks.

  5. Cutting & sewing

    Fabric is cut, gusseted, block-bottomed or sewn into bags; loops and spouts are attached.

  6. Testing

    Fabric tensile, seam strength and, for FIBCs, top-lift testing against the rated safety factor.

  7. Packing & loading

    Bags are counted, baled or palletised and container-loaded for export.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Both. Yantai Evergreen Packaging runs its own production in Fushan District, Yantai (third-party verified at 3,500 m² floorspace and 110 staff) and also sources complementary items for customers who want one supplier for a full packaging range.

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product. Stock or plain bags can start from a few hundred pieces, sample quantities are available on most items, and printed bags with engraved cylinders typically start around 10,000 pieces per design. Each product page lists its MOQ.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Stock samples are usually available within 1–7 days; custom samples made to your size and print are quoted separately. You only pay courier cost on most stock samples.

What payment terms do you accept?

Typically T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. L/C at sight and Alibaba.com Trade Assurance are also available for qualifying orders.

How quickly do you reply to inquiries?
